NATHA- All classes have cash payouts. A competitor can compete in both Professional and OPEN class, if they choose. The Amateur Class returns to NATHA: if you choose to compete in the Amateur Class, you cannot compete in the OPEN Class or Professional Class at that tournament. Dogs will be allowed to compete in up to 4 classes per tournament, and as often as twice per event per day (maximum 8). A safety will be awarded on the dog, when a safe shot is not possible. More points to be won!
At the Missouri State Partridge Championship and other
NATHA tournaments you can receive BOTH NATHA and NUCS points for
competing.
For more information and rules visit the NATHA website. NUCS- The National Upland Classic Series is an organization comprised of people who know and appreciate quality bird dogs. Our tests are designed to simulate a natural upland bird hunt in a competitive fashion. We want to recognize the dog that shows its inherited hunting talent, the dog that enthusiastically hunts the whole field while exhibiting control and consistency.
